1. Heat up water to boiling temperature
2. Cook the noodles, black fungus and egg in the boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes
3. Strain out the noodles, black fungus and egg and run them through room temperature water to wash off excess flour
4. In another pot, heat up the broth
5. Combine noodles, black fungus, egg and the broth together in a bowl
6. Place the chashu last (without the sauce) and allow the broth to warm the chashu up
